This week Head of Chefiness, Max, and Head of Smiliness, Mel, were privileged to be invited to attend the Destination Wrexham NE Wales Ambassadors event, which involved a whole day touring some of the best in class tourism and hospitality venues in North Wales.
They came away inspired, motivated, enthused and brimming with ideas to try, tweak or simply steal! And they were full of admiration for some of the best businesses in the Principality.
“It was a fantastically well organised event, incredibly well and generously supported by the host businesses and so worthwhile our going along to,” said Max. “I particularly loved the Bodnant Food Centre and its amazing hayloft restaurant and farm shop and wine cellar. I’m definitely going back soon.”
So a big thanks to Joe Bickerton at Destination Wrexham and his colleagues, as well as all the wonderful venues for providing an inspirational day from which this little restaurant and its aspiring young entrepreneurs could learn.
Max was blown away by the fabulous barn restaurant and deli at Bodnant.
