We are happy to accommodate other bookings for special events, functions and parties at any time. Horseshoe gammon topped with fresh pineapple or two fresh hen’s egg, served with peas and hand-cut chips

Classic beef lasagne served with hand-cut chips or garlic bread and a fresh salad

Chef’s cold ham served with 2 fresh hen’s eggs, garden peas and hand cut chips

Everyone’s favourite beery battered fish and hand-cut chips with chef’s special pea purée and tartar sauce

Courgette fritters served with hand-cut chips and a fresh side salad (V)

Traditional ploughman’s of cheddar cheese, pickled onions, cold ham, pork pie, apple and crusty bread


Please let a member of our team know if you would prefer mashed or new potatoes instead of hand-cut chips. *Please tell us at the time of ordering if you have any food allergies or intolerances.


We also provide a selection of freshly made sandwiches or a large salad version for those avoiding bread! These include:

Cygnets’ sandwiches are served with a fresh side salad and crisps. All large salads are served with a home-made citrus dressing.

Alternatively if you would like a post dinner glass of port, brandy, whisky or other digestif to accompany your coffee and to complete your meal, please ask one of our team.

We can provide gluten free versions of some dishes and our Head of Chefiness, Max, is always happy to discuss your requirements if you have a specific food intolerance or other special dietary requirements.
