We are a small family run restaurant independently owned and operated by Ian, Jools, Naomi, Max and Holly Payne. If you’re visiting the Ceiriog Valley we guarantee you’ll enjoy the stunning scenery if you’re walking in this beautiful little corner of North Wales – famously once described by David Lloyd George as “a little piece of heaven fallen to earth”.
The little corner of that piece of heaven we occupy is in the delightful old coaching inn that is the Swan Inn, Pontfadog (c1764). So whether you’re a local, a walker who’s worked up an appetite on the Offa’s Dyke Path or a visitor simply discovering the many other wonderful walks or country pursuits this breathtaking Welsh valley has to offer, why not pay us a visit?
