Your Head of Happiness is Naomi. Like Max, Naomi caught the hospitality bug at Sporties when they travelled across Australia together. Before opening Cygnets, Naomi spent 15 months achieving her Hospitality L2 NVQ under the expert guidance of Martin and Gaynor de Luchie at The Hand at Llanarmon – an old drover’s inn with a wonderful restaurant at the head of the valley and well worth a visit.
